Michael A. Lair has designed and facilitated creative and engaging training programs that provide practical learning that sticks. During his career as a learning and training professional, Mike has contributed chapters to professional journals and other published books. He has also developed and published the training manuals: Getting on the Same PAGE, Creating Games and Simulations; and 5 Factors of Assessing Training Needs.
Mike began leading people development efforts with the YMCA in 1987 and has been a practicing disciple of Ed’s Train-the-Trainer techniques since 1992.
